1. Definitions

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Bets on postponed events remain valid if the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. If an event is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless a clear winner can be determined.

7.3 Live Casino and RNG Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes that are independently audited for fairness. 11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.2 Suspension or Closure by aka4d

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
